The keystone the founder named
Despite the fact that we do not have active paying companies yet, I believe employers and companies will value modern, objective, validated assessments. Especially middle and big companies that conduct hundreds of job interview in month. while candidates will be motivated to prove their skills and stand out to employers.
The keystone the examination identifies
Employers hiring repeatedly will trust RecruFY's results enough to pay for them and act on them inside a live recruitment process.
The distance
The gap sits between an employer valuing assessment and an employer paying for a result and acting on it, and the record holds nothing in that space. The founder's keystone, filed as his case under A9, joins two assumptions and names a segment: candidates will pay to prove their skills, and companies interviewing hundreds a month will value modern, objective, validated assessment. The campaign has moved the first toward evidence, with about one in six test-takers paying at a known price. The second carries the business; the house narrows the keystone to it and sharpens it from valuing assessment to paying a plan and changing a screening decision because of a score, which no employer has done. Between those two points no plan has been sold, no applicant has been sent by an employer, and no decision has been changed. The segment named in his keystone, companies interviewing hundreds a month, sits on the far side of the gap from the customer he says he is selling to now, who hires two or three a month, so the distance is also a distance between two employers.
